Hammersmith

Situated in the heart of Hammersmith, this elegant Victorian townhouse blends period architecture with contemporary luxury. Surrounded by landscaped gardens and classic façades, the property now stands as a refined example of heritage restoration.

 

The lower ground floor was waterproofed and reconfigured to include a sauna, gym, and cinema room, while a new dormer and bathroom were added at roof level. A complete internal refurbishment refreshed every space, balancing original charm with modern design.

 

Bespoke kitchen and handcrafted joinery details enhance the interiors, while the integration of Air Source Heat Pump technology improves efficiency and sustainability throughout the home.

Bloomsbury

Located within the Bloomsbury Conservation Area, this Grade II* listed Georgian townhouse was sensitively restored and extended to preserve its historic elegance.

 

The works included the construction of a basement and two-storey rear extension, along with the restoration of the rear façade and a full internal refurbishment.

 

A first-floor terrace and rooftop garden were added, combining period detailing with modern luxury to create an exceptional example of refined city living.

Cricklewood

Situated in a desirable residential area, this semi-detached home in Cricklewood underwent an elegant transformation combining traditional architecture with contemporary design.

 

A rear and first-floor extension was completed alongside a full internal refurbishment across all levels, creating a bright, open, and functional family home.

 

Bespoke joinery, premium finishes, and thoughtful spatial planning brought a renewed sense of comfort and quality to this stylish London property.

Port Isaac

Nestled on a hillside overlooking Port Isaac Bay on the Cornish coast, this home sits within an area of outstanding natural beauty. Its design celebrates the coastal setting, combining natural materials with exceptional craftsmanship.

 

The redevelopment linked retained barn structures with new-build elements to create a beautiful single-storey home that harmonises with its surroundings. Timber and slate cladding, exposed stonework, and vaulted ceilings provide warmth and authenticity throughout.

 

Large glazed openings frame panoramic sea views and open directly onto private terraces, blending interior and exterior spaces seamlessly.

Pembridge Villas

The project brief was to build a high end 7 storey building in the centre of Notting Hill. The brief required the excavation and piling of a 4 storey basement and the erection of a 3 storey steel framed building above. The house was full of features and state of the art electrical and mechanical systems.

Some of the exclusive features: A swimming pool at the lowest level with moving floor to create a dance hall.

 

Car lift and passenger lift to underground parking. 'Wellness' floor which includes a gym, steam room and sauna.

The Orchards

This grand Victorian property sits right on the edge of the Heath itself, a stones throw away from Blackheath village with beautiful views and a private garden.

The brief was to completely refurbish the property in record time for the clients to move in. We were tasked with a number of structural alterations which opened up the ground floor of the house and provided ample space for new bespoke kitchen and breakfast area.

 

The first floor was altered to provide additional bathrooms and dressing rooms for the family. We installed an all new plumbing and electrical system that was sympathetic to the original property but allowed for state of the art controls and modern, efficient fixtures and fittings.

North London

Located in the borough of Barnet, this 1930s semi-detached property sits within a quiet, tree-lined street and now stands as a refined example of modern family living.

 

A rear ground-floor extension and full internal refurbishment were undertaken, alongside complete landscaping and the addition of a garden room with an outdoor kitchen and tiled patio.

 

Underfloor heating, air conditioning, and bespoke finishes elevate the home’s comfort and functionality, blending timeless design with modern convenience.

Clabon Mews

Clabon Mews is situated in the heart of Chelsea, nestled within a quiet terraced street. The property features a classic yellow brick double-storey façade with large sash windows and a secure garage, perfectly reflecting the charm of its surroundings.

 

The existing structure was propped to allow for the excavation of a new double-storey basement, seamlessly integrated beneath the original building. The interior was completely refurbished and fitted with cutting-edge mechanical and electrical systems concealed behind luxurious finishes, bringing contemporary performance to this traditional London home.

 

Among its standout features are a secret internal roof garden with a retractable roof, a below-ground cinema room with a full AV package, and a bespoke Ballet Gym with mirrored walls and illuminated handrails, each detail contributing to the home’s distinctive sense of elegance and innovation.

HARROW

Situated in the centre of Harrow, this residential development expanded an existing three-storey block of flats to provide additional high-quality homes in a prime location.

 

Three new storeys were added using a steel and stud wall system, while internal layouts and circulation routes were improved to enhance accessibility and flow.

 

The building’s cladding was completely replaced with a compliant, contemporary façade, and a new lift was installed to serve all levels, elevating both safety and design.

Kitchener Barracks

Located within a historic setting, Kitchener Barracks required decisive project management to stabilise progress and ensure successful delivery within a demanding timeframe.

 

The team implemented essential safety measures, restructured the programme, and supported the completion of Phase 1 works through close collaboration with specialist consultants.

 

Expert coordination across design management, health and safety, and finishing disciplines ensured exceptional quality throughout, positioning the development for a smooth transition into its next phase.

Staines-Upon-Thames

Forum House is a striking riverside development in Staines-Upon-Thames, comprising 47 new apartments that combine contemporary style with thoughtful design.

 

The project converted an existing commercial building to form 38 modern flats and constructed an additional 9 apartments within a new two-storey steel-frame extension.

 

Each home features bespoke interiors and tranquil riverside views, while close collaboration with local suppliers ensured a sustainable and high-quality finish throughout.

Slough

Situated in the heart of Slough, this large-scale development transformed an existing four-storey office building into 98 contemporary studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with views towards Windsor Castle.

 

The conversion brought new life to the building, introducing high-quality, energy-efficient homes that meet the needs of professionals and commuters alike.

 

Modern interior finishes, open-plan layouts, and sustainable construction practices define the project, creating stylish living spaces that contribute to the ongoing regeneration of the town.

Hoddesdon

Positioned in the lively town of Hoddesdon, this residential development sits at the heart of the community and offers stylish, contemporary apartments. Each home was carefully designed to maximise space and light while maintaining comfort and practicality.

 

The development promotes modern living with open-plan layouts, handle-less kitchens featuring stone-effect worktops, and integrated appliances that complement elegant bathrooms and high-quality finishes.

Uxbridge

Located near the centre of Uxbridge, Allport House reimagines a former commercial building into high-quality residential accommodation. The building’s modern transformation delivers a striking presence in a well-established area.

 

Two new steel-framed storeys were added above the original concrete structure, complemented by upgraded insulation, new glazing, and contemporary cladding systems. A lift was installed to improve access and functionality across all levels.

 

Externally, the grounds were landscaped to include electric car charging, secure bike storage, and soft planting, creating a sustainable and inviting environment for residents.
