Project MANAGEMENT SERVICES
At Truvex, our commitment extends beyond project delivery to the daily care and oversight that keeps each site running smoothly. By working closely with site managers and project managers, we ensure that every aspect of on-site activity is managed
with precision and consistency.
Our role includes carefully monitoring the flow of personnel and subcontractors, ensuring that crews are signed in each day, duties are recorded accurately, and hours worked are transparent. We help optimise productivity by ensuring subcontractors maintain a consistent workforce, while also confirming that site
diaries are completed and closed off daily.
Safety remains at the heart of our approach. We oversee inductions for all individuals entering the site and ensure full compliance with safety requirements.
When violations occur, we collaborate with site managers to resolve issues swiftly and keep key personnel informed, creating an environment of accountability and trust.
We also ensure that inspections, from safety checks and scaffold reviews to PAT testing and fire extinguisher compliance are carried out thoroughly, maintaining alignment with regulatory standards. Every observation submitted is reviewed with care,
allowing us to continuously strengthen processes and uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Engage with the site managers and the project managers overseeing construction on site.

Monitor that site crews are being signed in each day, and that duties and hours worked are recorded accurately (personnel and subcontractors), monitor whether subcontractors are using the same people daily to optimize productivity on site, monitor that the site manager is closing off the site diary at the end of each day.

Monitor that the site manager is completing inductions for all people on site, and that the SM ensures that all comply with safety requirements.

Work through safety violations with the site manager, ensure that key personnel are informed.

Monitor inspections to ensure that the site remains compliant (safety inspections, PAT, scaffold, fire extinguishers, etc.)

Situated in the heart of Hammersmith, this elegant Victorian townhouse blends period architecture with contemporary luxury. Surrounded by landscaped gardens and classic façades, the property now stands as a refined example of heritage restoration.
The lower ground floor was waterproofed and reconfigured to include a sauna, gym, and cinema room, while a new dormer and bathroom were added at roof level. A complete internal refurbishment refreshed every space, balancing original charm with modern design. Bespoke kitchen and handcrafted joinery details enhance the interiors, while the integration of Air Source Heat Pump technology improves efficiency and sustainability throughout the home.

Bloomsbury
Located within the Bloomsbury Conservation Area, this Grade II* listed Georgian townhouse was sensitively restored and extended to preserve its historic elegance.
The works included the construction of a basement and two-storey rear extension, along with the restoration of the rear façade and a full internal refurbishment.
A first-floor terrace and rooftop garden were added, combining period detailing with modern luxury to create an exceptional example of refined city living.
